The war on terror, how long?

I just want to know how long will take to fight this war. As long as it takes?

Let's see. If you are asked to run a company that was losing money, would you ask the Board of Directors to give as long as it takes to turn it around? And if the company gets worse, would you accuse those who oppose you of being not supportive enough? Or unpatriotic?

I just need some deadlines....

If the war on terror does not make the world a better place before 2010 then a change of policy and strategy is needed. Otherwise we are all doomed? It is just a matter of time.
